Somehow Simmy keeps getting pulled into murder investigations without her wanting to. She is not one to actually look for them en tries to avoid them as much as possible. That is a part I like about this series. Normally the protaganist is actively getting into the investigation, but Simmy is different.
I really enjoyed the characters and then the supporting characters in particular. They really make the story work and with all their quirkiness they make the story fun to read. I still like Ben best.
My rating 3/5
